Your First Day

Welcome! It’s your first day at Vincere. Here’s what you need to do:

Setting Up Your Workstation

You will spend some time to setup your Macbook. You can set it up using your own Apple ID, we don’t put any tracker or any admin access to your Macbook. We trust you to use it wisely. Just make sure you use a strong password and always encrypt your hard drive.

Company Email & Tools

You will get an email from HR with your company email and password. You can use this email to login to all company tools like Slack, Figma, GitHub, and HRIS app.

Slack

We will invite you to our Slack workspace. Say hi to the team and here are important channels that you should join:

  • #general: For general announcements or discussion.
  • #afk: Notify everyone before you are going AFK for more than an hour during working hours.
  • #shitposting-memelord: For memes and jokes.

The HR will reach out to you to get any documents that need to be signed. You can ask HR if you have any questions about the legal stuff.
